The School of Medicine Staff Mentoring Programme is designed to initiate and support organic and authentic mentoring relationships between mentors and mentees in our school. The focus of this programme is one-on-one mentorship and is primarily aimed at academic staff including adjunct and honorary appointees.
The aim of the Mentoring Programme is to facilitate staff (including honorary staff) development and career progression, improve staff satisfaction and improve staff retention.
Specific objectives include:
